Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and create a strong foundation as the company prepares to expand into more locations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing operational processes. This person will work alongside the CEO and assist with administrative responsibilities. This is a start up business so this person has to be willing to operate from an all hands mentality. Nothing is too big or too small to handle.

Duties:

- The integrator for the team to integrate and execute on CEO's vision

- Hire the team to execute on the vision
- Manage day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, monitoring performance, and providing guidance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure operational goals are met
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall business performance
- Oversee project management activities and ensure timely completion of projects
-Establish flagship location operations to replicate that into other locations

-Work with CEO and franchising consultants to open locations regionally, and nationally
- Lead business development initiatives to drive growth and expand market reach
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
